I have the most adorable little boy. I mean look at him!

The thing is, he’s a noisy little guy! He started making “talky’” sounds a few months ago, but now forgoes them for the more ear-splitting squeal. I’ve been telling him to use his inside voice, but he doesn’t quite get it yet! He can giggle, he just doesn’t. Unless I tickle him. I know it’s mean, but that little laugh is irresistible!
